However, I had what I wanted – a Chardonnay in a plastic cup. However, she seemed to spend an inordinate amount of time with each, even after they had delivered their orders. Service was a bit spotty, as the bartender was also providing orders for the cabaña servers, who were rather busy on a warm Autumn day. It also seems to be set up more for frozen, alcoholic drinks, than wine. Glad that I did not find some great Puligny-Montrachet on the list, as the wine was served in a plastic cup – remember, Sandbar Grille is a “pool side bar,” so no glass allowed. OK, about what I expect at a pool side bar, so I went with a Chardonnay. It was essentially: White Wine, Pink Wine, Red Wine and Bubbles. I took a seat at the bar, and poured over the wine list – for about 30 seconds. We were at Red Rock Casino Resort for several days of business meetings for my wife, and I discovered Sandbar Grille, which is the pool area bar, and drink station for the pool side cabañas one afternoon.
